At Thornton Hope, we are a team of skilled Debt Recovery and Credit Management experts.

Linda Taylor and John Ennis are the founders and directors of the business.  We set up Thornton Hope in order to provide professional credit control and debt recovery services to all types and sizes of businesses and organisations.

Our experience as credit managers has been gained across multiple industries and within businesses and organisations of all sizes as well as many years within the debt recovery industry.  We use our extensive experience within business and debt recovery to provide tailored, professional and transparent outsourced credit control and debt recovery services to our customers.

Together we have more than 40 years' experience in our field and our teams are professionally trained by us in order to provide the highest level of expertise in our industry.  We are members of the Institute of Credit Management and the Credit Services Association, we hold a Consumer Credit Licence and subscribe to the Office of Fair Trading guidelines.
